X'mas cake & celebrations

"Honey! My GM nak cake esok.. nak x'mas theme, bleh ke ni? last minute la plak kan" "ermm.. okai.. boleh laa.. I bangun awal esok pagi-pagi.. u bake je the cake tonite k?" "okai" (with big smile!)

Ni la hasilnya, 2 jam setengah my hubby kerjakan the cake before he off to his office.. 14" square @ 3.5kg moist choc cake covered with choc buttercream and poured with choc ganache... My GM was very happy and all the staff really enjoyed the cake.. And, that morning... senyuman I sama macam Mr Snowman ni... :D
